I’ve always had a soft spot for vintage jazz artwork and those incredible old record sleeves. Bold typography, brilliant photography, blocks of colour and graphic design that made the sleeve almost as memorable as the music inside.
So I started wondering: what if Birmingham was a vintage jazz compilation?
The result is this set of four original Birmingham art prints, combining some of my favourite bits of Brum with the look and feel of classic jazz sleeve design.
